Driver was at the airport ready and waiting .
Driver was at the airport waiting holding our name very clearly for us to see.
He kindly gave us some water when we arrived and as we drove to the hotel he pointed out places of interest on the way.
We felt very safe in his hands.

Handy to be able to book online before our flight departure and were able to pay with PayPal so didn't need to worry about having local cash ready.
First thing to ensure is that you have WhatsApp working on your phone.
Also KL Airport is a big place and the roads bringing cars etc are a bit of a walk from the customs/arrivals hall.
Our driver 'Rozlan' sent me a message via WhatsApp to say he would meet us down on level 1 (door 4) once we had our bags and were through customs.
We should have followed signs to the lift down to the bus station, but took the opposite lift down to the trains first, so had to pop back up , swap lifts and then go down again. - Lesson learned for next time - the lifts 'look like' a set, being so close, but they're not.
Anyway, we found ourselves on the correct floor, walked to the correct door and I sent a WhatsApp message back to Roslan that we were there. (I think they have strict time limits they must observe, so can't be there waiting for ages if it takes a while to get luggage etc)
Sure enough, he then arrived within 5 mins and off we went in a very clean little (private to us) mini-bus.
Rozlan was very polite and a very careful (trustworthy) driver - so the circa 50 mins trip into the central business district (Mandarin Oriental Hotel) was a pleasant drive.
We were only staying in KL for a couple of days and after checking with Rozlan and the hotel, I dropped him a WhatsApp message to ask him to take us back (the hotel was about twice the price from memory)
He arrived on time to collect us, leaving plenty of time for traffic etc and dropped us off ready for our onward flight to Phuket.
I have no hesitation, from our experience in recommending this service
Hotel to airport transfer
Took a taxi from hotel to the airport,driver spoke english and very polite. Fare is very reasonable.

Communication via WhatsApp with Company and driver was really good.
Fast pick up outside the arrival hall. It was a comfortable and big car with air conditioning. The driver was really nice and we had a nice chat along the car ride.
The only negative thing that I have to mention is that on the TripAdvisor page, the German translation of the tour implicated that it was arrival plus departure transfer. "Abholung und Rücktransport". It was misleading though because after completing the booking and chatting with the company we found out that it was only one way transfer. If we had known that before we would not have booked the transfer and would have just taken a taxi from the airport for less than half the price.
Lack of proper instructions
Lack of communication. Had to phone the office at least 3 times to find out where the driver was. And rather than tell us, said the driver would ring. Our ticket said go to the bus station. Turned out, he was waiting for us on level 1 gate 3, over the other side of the road. The correct information had been sent to us via WhatsApp during our flight. As I hadn't engaged data roaming at that point, and not been told the info would be on WhatsApp, didn't get the messages. As level 1 gate 3 is where everyone gets picked up, not sure why this couldn't have been put on the ticket in the first place. We wasted 50 minutes! Once picked up, drive to our hotel very good and driver pleasant. Very good value for money as there was 4 of us. Just a bit of a shame about the start!
