Your accompanying experts Jason & Ling were born and bred in Penang and have worked on Penang Food Conservation Project with the Ministry of Tourism Malaysia (MOTOUR) to inventories the locally unique hawker street food and ethnic dishes. We bring you to taste the yesteryears’ flavours & story telling the interesting Food History and Evolutions of the dishes that you will be sampling throughout the tour.
