Firefly is a type of insect from the beetle family. The ‘Pteroptye tener’ species are the largest species found in Kampung Kuantan. The fireflies here are unique because of its tail that produces light.Imagine watching thousands of fireflies flashing their light at an accurate rhythm.
BEREMBANG TREES
The ‘Berembang Tree’ or known by its scientific name ‘ Sonneratia Caselaris’ is a type of mangrove tress grows wildly along the bank of Selangor River. It needs damp and swampy environment to live. ‘Berembang Tree’ also act as the river’s water filter.

il nostro autista è venuto a prenderci in albergo verso le 15.30 e sulla strada verso selangor si è fermato a farci vedere un tempio (ci ha fatto delle splendide foto), siamo arrivati e ci ha aiutato a dar da mangiare alle scimmiette..tutte buone con le persone (quelle grigie) tranne i macachi (quelli marroncini). Poi siamo andati a cena alle 17.30 fino alle 19 (ristorante con scelta di menù vegetariano o di pesce) e poi ci ha accompagnato alla barca.
Le lucciole non erano tantissime ma è veramente un'esperienza da fare almeno una volta nella vita. Siamo tornati verso il molo alle 20.30 e ci ha riportati in albergo alle 21.30, perché gentilmente ci ha portato a vedere il palazzo del re.
Durante tutto il tragitto molto cordiale, ci spiegava i palazzi che vedevano e le diverse culture che coesistono in Malesia.
Veramente super consigliato.
